Beautiful?? The perfect man?? The guy was a loser. You can have all the talent and smarts in the world but the fact he was such a fuck up tells me all I need to know about the guy.
You guys keep on worshipping the guy though. Tells me you're probably just as much of a loser as he was.

He was not perfect, but he was smart for a drunk and a stoner, and he wrote songs that actually had feeling and meanings to life

I love his music, and think he did leave an imprint on music forever. That time period will go hand in hand with the music of the doors eternally. Imagine what he could have done without drugs:)
