One of MOJO's picks for 2008, Lightspeed Champion , has announced a new London date. The ex-Testicicles man will play Koko on May 6. Tickets are on sale now.

The Daily Star is reporting that ex-bassist and actual dairy lover Alex James is to join forces with old rivals Noel and Liam Gallagher to create a special cheese for this year's Brit Awards. Words fail.

Rockworld.tv (Sky Channel 368 / www.rockworld.tv) has announced a new content agreement with Infernal Machine LLC which will give the channel access to an extensive archive of rare music footage, currently residing on Betamax and Super-8 format. Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, The Grateful Dead and The Beatles are just some of the artists who are thought to have unseen footage hidden in the catalogue. For more, click HERE.

Queen and Ben Elton are planning a sequel to their smash-hit musical We Will Rock You. Posting on his online soapbox, Brian May said: "In fact, as we speak, we are planning the sequel to We Will Rock You. We have been talking about it for a long time, but now Ben has supplied us with a fabulous script. The Train is a-rollin'! Watch out!!"

It’s been five years since The Tindersticks released their last album Waiting For The Moon. Now they're finally set to return with their new LP, The Hungry Saw (released on Monday, April 28). The album is preceded by the release of title track single on April 14.
