Pentangle Announce Tour

Pentangle, the folk-jazz supergroup featuring the likes of Bert Jansch and John Renbourn, will reunite for a UK tour later this year.

Original members Jacqui McShee, Danny Thompson and Terry Cox will join Jansch and Renbourn when they begin their 12-date jaunt with a one-off performance of their classic live set, Sweet Child at London's Royal Festival Hall on June 29. The performance will mark the 40th anniversary of the album's original recording.

Pentangle will play:

Brighton, Dome (2)
Cambridge, Corn Exchange (3)
Birmingham, Symphony Hall (5)
Oxford, New Theatre (6)
London, Lyceum Theatre (7)
Manchester, Palace Theatre (9)
Harrogate, International Centre (10)
Gateshead, The Sage (12)
Glasgow, Royal Concert Hall (13)
Liverpool, Philharmonic (14)

Ticket prices range from £25 to £30 and will go on sale on Monday, January 28 at 9am. They will be available from www.bookingsdirect.com / 0870 735 5000.
