The Rolling Stones have signed a one-album deal with Universal in order to release the Shine A Light live album.
The record will follow the delayed release of Martin Scorsese's concert film shot at New York's Beacon Theatre in 2006. The gig featured the likes of Jack White and Buddy Guy joining the band onstage.
The movie is set to premiere at the Berlin Film Festival on February 7, with the band set to hit London's Leicester Square on April 2 for the first UK screening. Rumours that Mick Jagger is set to once appear dressed as Austin Powers' father remain unconfirmed.
Next month, the band's 16-year record deal with EMI comes to an end.
