Brian Wilson has announced three UK 'Greatest Hits' shows, due to take place in June. The ex-Beach Boy will open the 2008 Kenwood Concert season on June 28 before taking his show to Ipswich's Regent Theatre (29) and London’s Royal Albert Hall ( July 1). The ticket details are as follows:

Roger Waters will play Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon in its enitirety during two performances in May. The gigs will be augmented by material from Waters' solo material.

Waters will also close California's Coachella Festival in April.
Blur's Dave Rowntree will run as a Labour party candidate at the next general election. The 43-year-old drummer was selected last week to run against Conservative MP Mark Field who currently holds the Cities of London and Westminster seat. Rowntree also owns a computer animation company and is studying to become a barrister.
Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch will go up for auction if the star does not pay the $25m (£12.5m) he owes on the property. Jackson has not occupied his Santa Barbara complex since 2005. He has owned the 2,800 acre ranch since 1987. According to Fox News, the auction is likely to include "all ferris wheels, carousels, merry-go-round type devices... and all amusement ride equipment and facilities of every kind or nature".
And finally...31 years ago today, Keith Richards was happily sleeping in his Toronto hotel room when a stream of Canadian Mounties burst in and busted the Stones man for heroin possession. Or at least they tried to. "You can't arrest somebody if they're not conscious," he told MOJO back in 2002.
