Rage Against The Machine will be joined by a whole host of summer circuit regulars at this year's Reading and Leeds festivals. Queens of the Stone Age, Bloc Party, Babyshambles, Editors and The Killers have all been added to the bill. Check out the full line-up HERE

Expect handbags at dawn over who gets to play Wonderwall, as Ryan Adams and Oasis hit the road for a four-date tour of the US West Coast in August. They play:

Seattle, WA - WaMu Theater (August 26)
Vancouver, BC - GM Place (27)
Edmonton, AB - Rexall Place (29)
Calgary, AB - Pengrowth Saddledome (30)

Sean Levert, one third of '80s R&B trio LeVert and son of O'Jay's vocalist Eddie, has died at the age of 39 after being taken ill in prison in Cleveland. He was sentenced to 10 months last week after failing to pay child maintenance and had been suffering from high blood pressure. A coroner's spokesman said an autopsy was inconclusive.

Martha Wainwright's new album, I Know You’re Married But I’ve Got Feelings Too, features guest appearances from The Who's Pete Townshend and The Band's keyboardist extraordinaire Garth Hudson. Steely Dan's Donald Fagen has also contributed to the track So Many Friends. The record also see's Wainwright covering Pink Floyd's See Emily Play.

And finally...Happy Birthday to the inimitable Ronnie Lane! He would have been 62 today. Here he is in 1974 with Done This One Before.
