This year's Green Man Festival takes place on the 15th, 16th and 17th of August and is already shaping up to be one the key events of the summer. Now, for one lucky band out there, it could also provide a once in a lifetime opportunity for glory and success.
Festival organisers have set up an online competition where the lucky winner will become the opening act at this year's Brecon bonanza. The artist/band will play to a capacity crowd of 10,000 alongside the likes of Super Furry Animals, Spiritualized and Pentangle. They will also receive six tickets to the festival.
The competition allows interested artists, signed or unsigned, to upload a YouTube or MySpace clip of themselves. The public will then vote to decide the winner.
