The Sex Pistols have announced that they will play a historic show at the Hammersmith Apollo in London at the end of the summer.
The gig, which will take place on September 2, will be first the band has ever played at the Apollo after Johnny Rotten (or John Lydon at dinner parties) was banned from the venue 30 years ago.
The Hammersmith show will follow the Pistols’ summer tour of the festival circuit, which ends on August 31.
Tickets are due to go on sale Monday June 16.
AND DON'T FORGET! For all the latest from messers Lydon, Jones, Matlock and Cook, be sure to pick up a copy of the current issue of MOJO - on sale now!
