Bob Dylan's Tell Tale Signs - the 8th instalment of The Bootleg Series - is set for release on Monday, October 6.
The two-disc, 27-track set will include alternate versions and unreleased material from the sessions for Oh Mercy, Time Out Of Mind, Love And Theft and Modern Times.

Jack White and Alicia Keys have recorded the theme song for the next James Bond movie, Quantum Of Solace. Another Way To Die was produced by White and will mark the first time a Bond song has been performed by a duet. The film hits UK screens on October 31.
Creedence Clearwater Revival's first six albums are to be reissued by Fantasy Records on September 30. The expanded editions will mark the swamp-boogie, chooglin-masters' 40th anniversary. Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bayou Country, Green River, Willy & the Poor Boys, Cosmo’s Factory and Pendulum, all originally released from 1968-70 have been digitally remastered and contain an array of rarities, B-sides and unreleased studio/live material.
Foo Fighters will release a live DVD of their recent stint at Wembley Stadium which included appearances from Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones.
The 18 track disc will be an amalgamation of the Foos' two night-stand and is set to hit shelves on August 23. Page and Jones took the stage to join the band for Led Zep's Rock and Roll and Ramble On.

Why won't they just get around to releasing the Basement Tapes already?
Surely that should be higher on the agenda than what's been on the last few bootleg series releases.

I had all the Creedence singles as a kid and I don't recall even one having a non-LP B side. What rarities are we to expect here, I wonder?
