Cadillac Records is a new movie charting the rise of Chess Records and its roster of '50s superstars - a stable that contained the likes of Chuck Berry, Little Walter, Muddy Waters, Etta James and Howlin' Wolf.
The film is due for release in the US on December 5 and stars Beyoncé Knowles as the troubled James, while rapper Mos Def, Columbus Short and Jeffrey Wright play Berry, Walter and Waters respectively. Oscar-winner Adrien Brody will appear as the Chicago label's chief exec and founder, Leonard Chess. Knowles has covered five blues and r&b standards for the film including those James classics At Last and I'd Rather Go Blind.
Having watched the trailer earlier today, we at MOJO are puzzled by a scene involving The Rolling Stones. The band famously arrived at Chess in 1964 only to find their hero Muddy Waters painting the studio ceiling, but take a look at the shot below. Quite simply, who is supposed to be who? Let us know your thoughts by posting below.
We're plumping for:

Can't wait to see the movie. To me, it's Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts.
By the way, is it really true about Muddy Waters painting the ceiling (I've heard the story before), or is it something like an urban tale?
