Robert Wyatt has teamed up with Hot Chip for a new EP to be released later this month.
The collaborative project, entitled Hot Chip With Robert Wyatt And Geese, sees the Bristol legend feature on three of four tracks – one of which is free to download from www.hotchip.co.uk.
The EP will be released as a limited edition CD on December 22. Tune in again next week for an exclusive interview with Robert Wyatt.

AC/DC have announced two UK dates next summer as part of their Black Ice World Tour. The rock legends will play London’s Wembley Arena on June 26 before drawing the tour to a close in Glasgow’s Hampden Park on June 30.
The band kicked off their tour in October to support their first album in eight years, Black Ice, which debuted at number one in 29 countries.
Ticket details have yet to be announced.

Bruce Springsteen has been nominated in the Best Original Song category at the forthcoming Golden Globe awards.
The Boss’s closing song to Darren Aronofsky’s new film, The Wrestler, has been shortlisted for the accolade alongside Peter Gabriel’s theme for the hit animation Wall-E.
The winner will be announced on January 11. Meanwhile, Springsteen’s song sounds a bit like this...

John Cale is to take part in a major contemporary art exhibition.
The former Velvet Underground man will represent Wales at the Venice Biennale of Art next year.
Intended to address Cale’s relationship with the Welsh language, the 66-year-old said the project offered “an occasion to address certain pernicious issues in my background that had lain dormant for so long.”

Van Halen’s infamous “no brown M&Ms” rider has finally surfaced.
The 53-page, typewritten list of demands dates back to 1982 and includes “herring in sour cream” and a “large tube of KY jelly”.

The Flaming Lips have been confirmed as curators of next year’s All Tomorrow’s Parties in New York.
The final day of the festival, which already features Suicide performing their 1977 debut album in full, will be overseen by Wayne Coyne and co., who have yet to reveal their choice of acts.
The event takes place on September 11-13 at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, New York.
