Teenage Cancer Trust's inaugural Gala folk night, headlined by the mighty Fairport Covention, will take place on March 25. The show is part of the charity's annual run of gigs at London's Royal Albert Hall. MOJO is delighted to announce that we have two pairs of tickets up for grabs.
Fairport Convention will be joined on the night by Seth Lakeman, Kate Rusby and Eliza Carthy.
Simon Nicol, founding member of FC, said: "When we were asked to play for Teenage Cancer Trust, we couldn't say no. Their Royal Albert Hall shows are such a major date in the music calendar, it's wonderful that we can be involved. The fact this is the first time there's been a folk night is even more special. We really hope the night will raise as much money as possible for Teenage Cancer Trust, and help the charity to ensure that every young person with cancer has access to the best possible care and support."
So, to be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to this very special event, mail Editor@mojo4music.com with the correct answer to the following question...
What is the name of Fairport Convention's second album?
a) Unhalfbricking
b) What We Did on Our Holidays
c) Liege & Lief
