The Dead Weather, Jack White's new band, are to play their first public show at New York's Bowery Ballroom on April 14.
The new outfit features White on drums (yes, drums) and backing vocals, Alison Mosshart of The Kills on lead vocals, Dean Fertita of Queens Of The Stone Age on guitar/keyboards and Jack Lawrence of The Raconteurs on bass.
