"The Thrill Is Back!! 10 Brand New Hits!!!" screamed the sticker but the Jones-Jackson partnership had run its course and the lack of even one Rod Temperton song (Jackson writes eight) was a set-back. Still, The Way You Make Me Feel has a fine sway to it, Jimmy Smith's organ graces the title track, and the anthemic, quasi-gospel pomp of Man In The Mirror offers early evidence of Jackson's keeness to, um, save the world.
