The MOJO Honours List 2009 saw a glittering array of legends come together for an evening of celebration and music - Blur, Yoko Ono, Paul Weller, Elbow, Fleet Foxes, Manic Street Preachers, Mott The Hoople, Johnny Marr and ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons among them.
As sponsors of the MOJO Les Paul Award, Gibson Guitar has generously donated a brand new Gibson Les Paul to War Child .The instrument has been signed by many of the iconic musicians who attended the ceremony. In addition, Ford Transit, sponsor of the Album of the Year category, has kindly created a unique piece of wall art that has also been signed by many of the Honours List winners and presenters.
Both of these items will be auctioned to raise vital funds for War Child's work protecting children living in war torn countries.
Bidding will open on Monday, July 6 and close on Wednesday, July 15.
