Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck are to join forces to play a one-off show at London's O2 Arena on February 12, 2010.
Beck, who replaced Clapton in the Yardbirds in 1965, said: "Eric and I played together in Japan earlier this year and had a blast. Since then we have been in regular contact and talked about doing a similar show for our fans."
"I've always considered Jeff Beck to be one of the finest guitar players around," added Clapton. "He's a friend, a great guy, and a truly gifted musician. We had such a fun time in Japan that it seemed natural to play together again".
The show will be split into three sections with both men performing solo sets followed by a joint set at the end.
Tickets go on sale on Monday, September 28 via Aloud.com.
