The Observer said it was "the most fun film" of the 2008 London Film Festival. But the Depeche Mode film The Posters Came From The Walls - made by Turner Prize-winner Jeremy Deller and filmmaker Nicholas Abrahams - has not been widely shown. So Mode fans will be excited to learn that there is a rare screening of the movie, which concentrates on the Basildon synth-titans' devoted international fanbase from Brazil to Iran and beyond, on Saturday, October 17.
It takes place from 10.30am - 12.15pm at the Prince Charles Cinema, 7 Leicester Place, London WC2. The £10 tickets will get you a brunch and an introduction to the film by Deller and Abrahams.
