Paul McCartney's Good Evening New York City - a live CD/DVD of his July 2009 shows at Citi Field stadium - will be release in the UK on November 23.
"It was three great nights for the band and for me personally it was very exciting to be back opening a new stadium on the site of the old Shea Stadium where we had played 44 years previously," said McCartney. "Even more exciting because this time round you could hear us!"
The live package will be available in two formats: a 3-disc (2 CD + 1 DVD) standard edition and a 4-disc (2 CD + 2 DVD) deluxe version featuring expanded packaging and a bonus DVD including McCartney's performance on the Ed Sullivan Theater marquee. The set will also appear on vinyl.

Guns N' Roses are being sued for $1 million by British label Independiente and the US wing of Domino Records after both companies claimed the band used samples by German musician Ulrich Schnauss without permission.
The band are accused of using snippets of Schnauss' Wherever You Are and A Strangely Isolate Place on their song Riad N The Bedouins - the ninth track on their long-awaited Chinese Democracy album.
GN'R's manager, Irving Azoff, said: "The band believed when the record came out and still believes that there are no unauthorised samples on the track. The snippets of 'ambient noise' in question were provided by a member of the album's production team who has assured us that these few seconds of sound were obtained legitimately. Artists these days can't read the minds of those they collaborate with and therefore are unfortunately vulnerable to claims like this one. While the band resents the implication that they would ever use another artist's work improperly and are assessing possible counterclaims, they are confident this situation will be satisfactorily resolved".
