Avi Buffalo's debut album - all lush, blissed-out melodies and rough hewn guitars - has quickly turned into one of our favourite records of the last few months, receiving four stars in the May issue of MOJO magazine.

Led by 19-year-old Avigdor Zahner-Isenberg, the Californian four-piece are described by MOJO's Dan stubbs as delivering "vintage Laurel Canyon folk-rock through the lens of a teenager raised on The Shins, Wilco and Arcade Fire."

To mark the release of Avi Buffalo, MOJO has a box of band goodies to give away. The winner of the competition will bag a copy of their self-titled debut album, a 7" of their first single, a poster and stickers alongside a batch of other Sub Pop related treats.
