CHRISTY MOORE WILL make an exclusive English festival appearance at this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival. The Irishman is one of the first names to be announced for the MOJO-approved event which takes place July 28-21, we can reveal.
Gogol Bordello, Imelda May, Glen Hansard, Mary Chapin Carpenter and Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires have also been announced for 2016, as the line-up starts to take shape. Afro Celt Sound System will also celebrate their 20th anniversary with a set at the festival.

The subject of this year’s on-site MOJO Interview will also be confirmed soon. As in past years, one of MOJO’s writers will be on site to publicly quiz a top name from the line-up during the course of the festival, so watch this space for details.
